What information we collect, why, and how we look after it.

1. What data we collect
We don't currently have a booking form or checkout on this site. The real data we collect today comes from however you get in touch: your phone number, the content of your messages, and any photos you send us (for example, of a job you'd like a quote for) when you message us on WhatsApp, or whatever you tell us over a phone call.
2. Third parties
WhatsApp (Meta) processes messages sent to us through it, under their own privacy policy. We don't currently use any analytics or ad-tracking tools on this site.
3. Cookies
We don't currently use any cookies on this site — no cookie banner exists because none is needed yet. If that changes (for example, if analytics or tracking is added later), we'll add a real cookie notice at that point.
4. How long we keep your data, and your rights
We keep WhatsApp messages and phone enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to handle your enquiry or job. Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it — just message or call us to make a request.
